Brian built Babb Boring, Inc. from the ground up, over 20 years ago. Since then, he has gained great relationships with local contractors, and grown his small business immensely. Brian is a father of 4, loving husband to Nikki, and grandfather of 2. He enjoys wake surfing, snowboarding, and riding dirt bikes in his off time.

Hunter is Babb Boring's most experienced employee, starting with BBI when he was 17 and only taking time away for his diesel mechanic schooling. He is now able to use his degree to work on all of the company's equipment. Hunter and his wife Heather have 2 young children, Holden and Haisley. He enjoys participating in long distance shooting competitions, boating with his friends on the weekends, and duck hunting in his spare time.

Bailey has been with Babb Boring, Inc. for about 4 years, with a break for college education. She is Brian's daughter, and she has learned she loves her place in the construction industry with the help of her father and brother, Hunter. Bailey enjoys singing in her church's worship team, spending time with her family, and listening to her true crime podcasts on the weekends.
